• Help you choose options like carpets and bathrooms
• Recommend helpful solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers
• Explain the timetables, building regulations and procedures involved
• Organise drawings and plans for planning submission (if necessary)

About Us

With over 20 years experience working together building extensions, loft conversions and conservatories in Devon, Plaztech Home Improvements employ only locally approved contractors to work with them.

The Plaztech Home Improvements team are fully qualified in all aspects of general building work, loft conversions and upvc window and conservatory installations. All contractors working on our behalf are required to produce details of relevant qualifictions before work commences.

In the same way that you are proud of your home, we are proud of the work we do and although sometimes, this can take a little longer, the results and recommendations speak for themselves.

When we've finished

Our service doesn't end when the project is completed. Once a customer, we hope you will always be a customer! We will be on hand for all your home improvement needs.

Once you've been living with your new loft conversion, extension, conservatory, upvc windows, garage or other work we have carried out, for about 3 months, you may receive a customer satisfaction survey from us. Please take the time to fill it in, as your responses will help us stay at the top.
